The Brea Glenbrook Annual meeting had to be rescheduled because we did not receive the number of ballots required to have quorum. The rescheduled Annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 9 at 8pm. You can still return your ballot but is must in the ballot box by 5:00pm on Wednesday, August 9th to be counted. Please take the time to send your ballot in today!! Hope to see your ballot soon.
The Brea Glenbrook Annual meeting will be on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 8pm. Ballot packets will be sent out the first week in July. Follow the ballot voting instructions to have a valid ballot. Ballots must be returned by July 27th at 5pm. You can drop the ballot off or send it to the club in the mailing envelope that’s enclosed in the ballot packet.
