Dues will be increasing to $70.00 as of January 1, 2024. If you have prepaid your dues please
remember to send the additional $120.00 for 2024. If you pay via auto bill pay please adjust
your online banking to $70.00 reoccurring staring January 1, 2024.
Exciting news, the clubhouse entrance will be getting a facelift. We will be removing everything
from the parking lot to the front door, north of the BBQ area. The new entrance area will
include a ramp to the front door, a walk through into the BBQ area, upgraded lighting and new
landscaping. It’s going to be fantastic.
