Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 8:00pm at the clubhouse. We ask that once you receive your ballot packet please read the material and fill out your ballot.
Return your completed and valid ballot to the club before July 24th or attend the meeting and bring your completed ballot with you. To be entered in the raffle, please return the ballot by July 18th, details below.
A completed ballot is one that has been filled out by the homeowner and placed in the small inner envelope then sealed. It becomes valid once the small inner envelope is placed in the mailing envelope, SEALED and the upper left-hand corner of the mailing envelope has the homeowner’s printed name, property address and signature. Renters are not eligible to vote.
If any renters should receive a ballot packet please contact the club so this important information can be sent to the homeowner as soon as possible. We need 251 ballots on July 24th to have quorum so please return your ballot as soon as possible. Let’s do it this year and have quorum in July!!

Ballots for the upcoming HOA election have officially been sent out! As a fun incentive to encourage participation, we’re excited to announce our “Pitch Your Ballot, Catch the Game!” raffle contest!

✅ How to Enter:
Simply submit your completed ballot by Friday, July 18th and you’ll be automatically entered into the raffle. Ballots may be:
• Dropped off at the Glenbrook Clubhouse during office hours
• Left in the secure mailbox outside the clubhouse (any time)
• Mailed via USPS (must be received by the deadline)

• One entry per household
• Ballot must be properly completed and received by July 18th
• Drawing will take place the week following the deadline, and the winner will be contacted directly
