Our Annual Meeting is rescheduled for Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 8:00pm at the clubhouse. We didn’t have enough ballots returned to hold the August meeting. If you still have your ballot on the kitchen counter buried under junk mail that you are going to recycle, please dig it out and read the material and fill out your ballot.
Return your completed and valid ballot to the club by September 11th or attend the meeting and bring your completed ballot with you. Just a reminder that a completed ballot is one that has been filled out by the homeowner and placed in the small inner envelope then sealed.
It then becomes valid once the small inner envelope is placed in the mailing envelope, SEALED and the upper left-hand corner of the mailing envelope is filled out with the homeowner’s printed name, the property address and signature. Renters are not eligible to vote. If any renters received a ballot packet please contact the club so this important information can be sent to the homeowner as soon as possible.
We need your ballots on September 11th to have quorum so please return your ballot as soon as possible.
