Hello Brea Glenbrook!
We wanted to share a quick update regarding the Greenbriar Residential Development Project. We’ve been informed that the demolition phase—which includes the Mercury Insurance building and parking structure—will begin Monday, June 30, and is expected to continue through mid-October.
Please note that work will not begin before 7:00 AM on weekdays.
