January 1, 2024 the dues will increase to $70.00 per month. If you have already paid for 2024 but did not include the increase please make note that you will still owe $120.00 to have the year paid in full. If you are on Auto Bill Pay please make sure to go online to modify your monthly payment. We will send out notices in January to remind those that have not yet adjusted their payments.
