Clubhouse rentals are only available to Glenbrook residents.

1. Read the rental policy and figure out what your event will need. Also, read our Facility Rules and Regulations and policy change for music.

2. Check the calendar for available days and call the club to confirm availability.

3. Visit the club and fill out a contract and pay the rental fee deposit. A date cannot be reserved on the club calendar until we have a contract and deposit check.

Rental policy changes: Currently to make a club rental two separate checks are collected and held to reserve the club until the day of the event. As of May 1st, one check for the deposit and cleaning fee will be required to reserve the club and will be deposited after the reservation is made. A reservation can’t be made without said check. The remaining balance due must be paid in full one week prior to the event.
